• Frame a sharp qualitative question that fits an actual project or policy problem they are working on.

• Design a lean interview / FGD guide that goes beyond “checklist questions” and invites richer stories and explanations.​

• Use a few simple techniques for better listening and probing in the field.

• Convert messy notes into basic codes/themes, and then into a 1–2 page insight memo that decision‑makers can use.​
