• Map and design safe GenAI workflows for their organisation, including what data can and cannot be shared, basic prompt patterns, and review/validation steps.

• Draft one real artefact (such as a comparative brief, issue note, talking points, or FAQ) using GenAI support and then manually refine it to “client‑ or senior‑ready” quality.
